Nicole Hampton received her Juris Doctor in 1996 from Western State University, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class, was the recipient of American Jurisprudence awards in legal writing, contracts and trusts, and argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal. In 1993, Ms. Hampton graduated in the top 10% of her class from California State University, Long Beach, with a major in business finance.

Prior to associating with Hines Carder in 2001, Ms. Hampton practiced general civil, insurance, employment, and business litigation. Presently, Ms. Hampton practices in the areas of insurance coverage analysis and litigation, employment litigation, general business litigation, complex commercial litigation, and corporate law. Ms. Hampton has successfully tried and arbitrated numerous cases and has substantial experience arguing dispositive law and motion matters.

Ms. Hampton is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California. She is a member of the national business honor society, Beta Gamma Sigma and, when not practicing law, Ms. Hampton enjoys outdoor sports, especially riding motorcycles.
