Michael E. Zárate (Associate)

Michael E. Zárate received his law degree in 2005 from UC Hastings - College of the Law, in San Francisco, California. Mr. Zárate received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2000 in Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity from Stanford University in Palo Alto, California.

Prior to associating with Hines Smith Carder Dincel Bland, Mr. Zárate began his legal career with Palumbo Bergstrom, LLP in Irvine, California representing developers and general contractors in construction defect litigation matters. In 2007, Mr. Zárate joined the firm of Barnes, Crosby, FitzGerald & Zeman, LLP, where he focused his practice on construction defect litigation, civil litigation and general corporate matters.

Mr. Zárate was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2006. Presently, Mr. Zárate practices in the areas of construction defect litigation and general business litigation.
