Kim O. Dincel (Partner)
Kim Dincel received his law degree in 1987 from Loyola Law School in Southern California. He is licensed to practice in all federal and state courts within California and has spent the past 20 years practicing law in the San Francisco Bay area.
Mr. Dincel currently practices in the areas of long-term health care, general business and commercial litigation, maritime law, construction, trade secret misappropriation, personal injury defense, employee embezzlement, contract and real estate matters. He has handled numerous trials to verdict and has argued before both the state and federal courts of appeal.
Mr. Dincel prides himself on being able to think outside of the box and on focusing on the unique needs of each individual client in order to attain the most effective and cost efficient means of client-oriented success.
Prior to pursuing his legal career, Mr. Dincel was a United States merchant marine officer and spent four years working as a navigator, chief mate and relief captain. He also spent 6 years as a lieutenant in the US Naval Reserve.
He is the father of two young boys; coaches little league; plays golf and has competitively raced sailboats around the country for 25 years.
