Jarrett Buchanan (Associate)

Jarrett Buchanan received his law degree in 2005 from Chapman University. Mr. Buchanan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy with honors from California State University, Long Beach in 2002. He is also a member of the national honor society in psychology, Psi Chi.

Prior to associating with Hines Smith Carder Leasure, Mr. Buchanan worked for litigation firms specializing in medical malpractice, employment litigation and general civil litigation.

Mr. Buchanan is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Presently, Mr. Buchanan practices in the areas of general business litigation, general civil litigation ,employment litigation, and insurance bad faith defense litigation . When not practicing law, Mr. Buchanan enjoys participating in the Landau Lawyers Basketball League and keeping koi fish.
