Charles E. Leasure, III
is a partner in the suburban
Philadelphia office of Hines
Smith Carder Leasure Dincel. Mr.
Leasure represents clients
nationwide in a variety of
litigation in federal and
state trial and appellate
courts. His practice
includes: trial and
appellate counseling,
including representation in
environmental, asbestos,
products, insurance bad
faith and other latent or
mass tort claims;
reinsurance claims
representation and dispute
resolution; risk management
and compliance counseling;
corporate insurance
purchasing advice,
counseling and negotiation;
merger due diligence and
valuation of claims;
strategic counseling for a
wide range of issues
involving commercial
insurance policies,
including general liability,
directors and officers
insurance, mergers and
acquisition insurance, and
representation and warranty
insurance; and insurance
insolvency. Before joining
Hines Smith Carder Dincel Bland,
he was a partner in the
Philadelphia and Berwyn, PA
offices of Pepper Hamilton,
LLP.
Mr. Leasure graduated from
the University of
Pennsylvania in 1985 and
received his law degree from
the University of North
Carolina School of Law in
1988. He is admitted to
practice before the bars of
Pennsylvania, the District
of Columbia and Maryland,
and he is a member of the
American Bar Association
